I know we don’t live in a perfect world, and people are flawed by nature, but I happen to believe that if you say something, you stand by it. Even if the situation changes and you learn something different, you still stand by what you said because it’s how you felt at the time, ya know?

The hypocrisy of the left is outstanding to me. They’re condemning the violence against lawmakers as they should, yet they were noticeably silent when their own lawmakers were calling for action that some might say was violent towards their political opponents. Need a refresher? Here you go:

Where was the outrage then? This is why people often say if the left didn’t have hypocrisy, they wouldn’t have a position at all. Don’t get me wrong, JD Vance is the same way. While he didn’t call for violence, he called Trump the new Hitler, and now he acts like they’re best friends? You’re supposed to stand by your statements. I mean, if you say it, own it. You’re free to change your mind or beliefs, but don’t act like it never happened. That’s just some punk stuff.

Maybe I’m just too old school if I say it. I stand by it, good, bad, or ugly. Feelings can change, but in the moment, I meant every word of what I said. Then there is this gem in light of the recent no kings day again if the left didn’t have low standards they wouldn’t have any.
