Matt Gaetz and others on the right are making this Manhattan DA look guilty for invoking his right. Matt said “it’s his right and it doesn’t mean he’s guilty…but” the right is losing its minds now a days and it’s actually attacking the constitution rights of the citizens. Ultimately your right to remain silent is so they can’t prosecute you without a iron tight case meaning they have to do all the work why the hell would anyone help someone prosecute them? Stop demonizing the assertion and do a better job of proving what he didn’t answer.
