So it’s been a while since I have a) had time to sit and write on my blog and b) actually sat and wrote on my blog. I’ve been working my ass off on several things, including purchasing some radio stations. Many of those deals are either done or will be done in the next few days. I can get back into some of the swing of the day-to-day that I do.
I have also been working to launch a few of my passion projects, including my own line of cigars. We’re still a few months out from them going live, but it’s been a grueling and rewarding journey. I’ve learned a lot and can’t wait to share them with those of you who enjoy a good cigar.
I’ve also been working on my clothing line, getting samples, and getting things going for that. I know it might not look like it, but I actually do enjoy dressing nice, and my clothing company will have a style for everyone to like. It mostly has a 90s hip-hop vibe, tacky with bright colors. I would love to wear more of this as soon as I can. I can’t wait to show you guys.
I’ve also been working on updating the stations we’re taking over and Nick B studios, working with several partners to get everything the way we need it. There are still a good number of things we need to get done, but we’re heading in the right direction, and it’s going to be epic when we’re done.
Then there are the new studios we’re building out—over 10,000 square feet of studio space to do all the shows and broadcast to our many radio stations. This time last year, it was a big question of whether I would keep going or call it, and I’m glad I stuck with it because I’m about to go full throttle on things.
I’ve been reading and learning as much as I can about many industries, and I’m happy to say that one of my all-time passions, filmmaking, will also be happening soon. After we left APH Radio, I was able to get into writing and film production, and many of those projects will be coming out soon. It’s been a great year, and we’ll close it out in epic style.
The show is returning a little differently on Monday, September 2, 2024, at 7 a.m. CT. We will be doing it through our socials as we move towards growing the show in other markets, and I can’t wait to get back and talk with you guys. We will only do a roughly 2 Hour show with no music and will be talking about everything!
