Why call it Linkin Park?

So Linkin Park just announced their new singer and performed live on their Facebook page, and I have to tell you I wasn’t impressed. Replacing Chester Bennington isn’t easy; many thought it wouldn’t even be attempted. Led Zeppelin stopped after the death of their drummer, John Bonham. Nirvana did it after Kurt died, and those bands got more respect for it. Now some have been able to pull it off like AC/DC when Bon Scott died they found someone that could step it in but at the same time they were just getting started so it may have been easier.

Why call it Linkin Park if it’s not for anything other than the money? I know there are logistics and legal moves behind it, but if Chester was your boy and you cared about him, as you claim, don’t go forward as Linkin Park. Doing so, I feel just shits all over his memory. I think it was nothing more than a money thing, making it pathetic. No disrespect to the new lead singer, but at the same time, it’s not Linkin Park.
