I hate reading about parents who kill their kids because it’s something I can’t wrap my head around. I’ve heard several stories in the recent months that have just rocked me.
First was a father in Oklahoma I believe who worked with the NBA team out there. Cops had never had any issues from him there were never any calls about domestic issues nothing like that and then he killed his wife and three of his four kids. No explanation was given not that one would make it make sense.
Then there was the case from Colorado where he killed his wife and two daughters and shoved them into oil barrels. He was having an affair from what I read but still doesn’t make sense for why he killed any of them but especially his little girls.
Now we have the story of the father who made his son run on a treadmill because he thought he was fat at only six years old. The little boy ended up dying after his father made him run. The video of the even was shown in the court room and subsequently posted online which was hard to watch knowing the outcome.
Men don’t do this. Though I don’t want to blame women for it women tend to be way more emotional so sometimes though not right it makes sense as to why they snap. Men though typically only want what’s best for their kids putting their own lives in harm to help their kids. Unfortunately the statistic is about even but the last research had the men edging out women that kill their kids 40 to 57 percent.
This is a sad statistic. This is a troubling statistic and one I wish would change. No matter what I’m going through I would never hurt my kids or my wife. I just don’t get it. Below is my reply to this on TikTok.
